On March 9, 2026, we lost one of the most senior and beloved members of our LICP family, Seymour Levy. 94 years young. Seymour retired from Manhattan’s prestigious Ogilvy agency at the age of 75, one of the oldest art directors in a major ad agency at that time.
Seymour was something of a man-child, young at heart, while at the same time a man of responsibility who always “got the job done,” a good husband, father of two, grandfather of three and great-grandfather of two. His dramatic black-and-white photos reflected the family man and also the man of the world, and his vivid color photographs were emblematic of Seymour being a child at play. He liked to say, “I see a picture in everything I see”…and it was true.
We remain inspired by Seymour Levy and proudly leave a selection of his photos on our website portfolio page in tribute to this special man.
