I have a background in the film and television industry however, still photography has always been and will always be my first love. When I'm shooting I become totally immersed with my subject. It's a meditation that automatically occurs, I go into the zone. I lose all sense of time and place, only my subject and the elements around me exists. I am fixed in the now.
The raw essence of a subject is it's most important aspect. It is that which I attempt to capture and spark some kind of emotion.
I'm forever learning, expanding and redefining myself in relation to my art, keeping an open mind to the possibilities of creating and expressing myself. As I evolve so does my photography."
