I’ve wanted to be an artist since the fourth grade. Exactly what that meant has evolved in ways I could never have imagined.

 

I was born into photography, the family business. As a kid, I always had a camera, took photographs constantly, but that was not “art” and I wanted to be an artist! Went to art school, raised two sons, designed my own line of wallpaper, worked in marketing for telecoms using the Adobe Software programs, and arranging trade shows. Twenty years ago someone stole my camera and I bought my first digital camera. Everything changed.

 

Photography has become my art, my passion. My photographs have won awards, published in poetry books about Long Island, exhibited in galleries.
